Child Safe Canada / Child Safe USA is North Americas premier provider of child safety education. Our professional safety educators offer a wealth of valuable knowledge, compassion, and caring to students through school, private and community based programs.

Our People

Every day, over 75 highly educated and trained instructors and volunteers dedicate themselves to protecting your children by applying their specialized backgrounds in protective services, social work, education, Emergency Medical Services, child protective services, juvenile and child studies, and medicine. Our facilitators ARE the best and it shows! When your child leaves a class, you know they have received the highest quality of safety education available, and that counts in an emergency.

Your Children's Safety

Child Safe Canada / Child Safe USA employs a thorough and stringent screening process on all instructors and volunteers, requiring police and child welfare clearances, as well as a base minimum of current standard first aid training. Many of our employees far exceed these standards by also carrying first–aid instructor, EMR, EMT, paramedic, or medical designations. You can feel confident knowing that in addition, our instructors participate in comprehensive training with our professional safety team prior to teaching. We are the example to follow in high quality and environmentally safe programming.

Child Safe Canada / Child Safe USA is a proud authorized provider of Canadian Red Cross, Alberta Safety Council, Alberta Poison Centre, and  College of First Aid Training injury prevention programs and presentations. We would never sacrifice your child's safety education and we prove that daily by offering courses such as the Red Cross babysitters course and Alberta Safety Councils Pedal Pusher TM program. We are North Americas largest provider of the Red Cross babysitter program and we stand behind it 100%. Child Safe Canada has partnered with over 100 communities, school boards, social agencies and groups to offer you the best possible programs and locations.

Our Goal

Each year thousands of North American children are victims of preventable drowning, poisonings, suicides, violence, bullying and other potentially life–threatening incidents.
